By downloading, installing or using the LingoChat application ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and TrairX Technology O.Ü ("Company", "we", "our").

2. Description of Service

LingoChat is a messaging application that provides real-time translation services. The Application allows users to:

• Send and receive messages with automatic translation
• Create and participate in group chats
• Share media files (photos, videos, documents)
• Share location and contacts
• Generate AI-powered meeting summaries

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application
• You must provide a valid phone number for verification
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must keep your contact information up to date

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Application for lawful personal or business communication purposes.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with the Application's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Use automated systems (bots) without permission
• Collect user information without consent
• Engage in any illegal activities

5. Content

5.1 User Content

• You retain ownership of content you create and share
• You grant us license to process your content to provide services
• You are responsible for the content you share
• You must have rights to share any content you upload

5.2 Content Moderation

• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• We are not responsible for user-generated content

6. Privacy and Data

• Your use of the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy
• Messages are automatically deleted after 24 hours
• We use OpenAI API for translation services
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties

7. Translation Services

• Translation is provided by AI technology (OpenAI)
• Translations may not always be 100% accurate
• We are not responsible for translation errors
• You should verify important translations independently

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

• The Application and its content are owned by TrairX Technology O.Ü
• All trademarks, logos, and service marks are our property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property

8.2 Your Rights

• You retain all rights to your original content
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide services

9. Disclaimers

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or freedom from viruses

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any)
• We are not responsible for third-party services or content
• We are not liable for data loss or service interruptions

11. Termination

11.1 By You

• You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page
• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
• All your data will be deleted within 30 days

11.2 By Us

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations
• We may terminate the service at any time with notice
• We may modify or discontinue features

12. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time
• We will notify you of significant changes
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• You should review these Terms periodically

13. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia
• Disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts
• If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect
